Loot-based Lockout. You can kill a boss as many times per week as you like, but only loot once per difficulty: once in LFR, once in Normal, and once in Heroic. Applies to all raid bosses of the following expansions: Warlords of Draenor, Legion, Battle for Azeroth, and Shadowlands, as well as Siege of Orgrimmar of Mists of Pandaria.
You can do flex, lfr and either normal or heroic. You can't do both normal and heroic they share a lockout. (You can switch normal and heroic as you progress but can only do a boss one time per week)
Mythic+ can be run "indefinitely" as long as someone in your party provides a keystone. Basically I just set it to ignore difficulty17, which is LFR. This keeps the SI window from showing the LFR lockout on the raid's main line but keeps it on the LFR line. Not ideal, because the addon is still storing the LFR lockout twice, just only using it once. LFR was created to allow non raiders to see end game content. If you're not raiding normal and heroic raids, it won't affect you, as you'll still be doing LFR just the same. If you are raiding normal and heroic raids, you're not one of the players who LFR was aimed at and shouldn't care about "missing out" on it as long as other raiders are as Do Normal and Flex and LFR all have a seperate lockout? Do all raids (even pass xpac ones like Firelands for example) work on the same lockout system or is it all different?
Mythic+ can be run "indefinitely" as long as someone in your party provides a keystone. Eventually, you will fail to beat the dungeon in the time criteria and you won't regenerate a new keystone. 2020-08-10 · Lockout Types Loot-based Lockout. Lockouts at a Glance Raid lockouts limit the number of times a character can kill a boss in a week for a chance at obtaining loot from that boss. Note: LFR has its own lockout, even for raids from Dragon Soul to Throne of Thunder. Merlina: ICC though Cata raids if you did a raid on 10 man it would have a different lock out then 25 man but yes the heroic and norrmal for these raids within the size setting were the same. Careful during LFR. The loot lockout also counts for the items you need for this quest, so if you get put in a group past Odyn before starting this quest, and finish the raid, you can't redo the bosses for these items in the same week. 3 LFR; 3 Normal; 2 Heroic; 2 Mythic; It dropped on Mythic difficulty. LFR should have a loot lockout shared with other formats below mythic. Instead you are "locked" out of loot from individual bosses after the first kill for the week. You can still go help your friends and run the raid 100 times, but you only get a chance for loot on the first kill each week. Most of the complaints levelled at LFR are about difficulty compared to other formats. From players who due to the nature of their complaints are obviously well able to commit to the more organisational requirements of the other formats. Those people shouldn't be in LFR for gear, and yet complain because they feel pressured to be.
I am not sure if this question makes sense, because most of the comments and replies I have been reading date back to late 2016 and early 2017 -- I was looking to see if LFR would get me in Trial of Valor: The Lost Army and if there was any reason I should try to get in a raid group via LFR -- and wandered through a whole bunch of Q&A messages which told me a lot of things I did not know.

This could be solved with one solution : remove mythic lockouts, allow I'd probably say M+ -> raid difficulty is something like 1-5 = LFR 6-9 (maybe 10) = Normal, On a side note, people over-react with this change, in BFA people that only did m+ and didnt raid at all in mythic (i dont consider LFR/normal/heroic raiding 2 1app (same) Aano.ww; o lappa ,Ll1tClAWVW legering KPUjlU ()l E'tUAACDV) 70 legion AE'Y Ewva 1/ Q lockout AOKaoUT TO, UVTU1tepyiu II lodjur AiYKU, (),uyya,) , lodlinje KCt8s"tl] YPU).l).1Tt 1/ Nopp yia" norm KQVQVac; o normal KavovIKo , CPUCYtOAO'YIKO norr 1 j3oppCt o 2 j30puu II om j30PEIU Loot-based Lockout.
